If you are under 18 years of age, you are welcome to volunteer, however we won't assign you to a licensed premises and we'll make sure you will be partnered with someone with a Working With Vulnerable People Certification.

As of 1 January 2026, the fees for RWVP have been waived until 31 December 2027. If you don't have a RWVP yet, but are interested in obtaining one for your volunteering activities, please go to https://www.justice.tas.gov.au/rwvp/apply for more information. 
If you already have your RWVP but it is expiring soon, you can visit the website here to get it renewed. It is recommended to renew it 3 months prior to the current RWVP expiring.

* Please note that we require each volunteer to assist for at least 3 events during the festival and attend an induction session on the 25th of June 2026 (early evening)
